James has been Investor Relations Officer for three major French industrial corporations (PSA Peugeot Citroën, Rhodia and Lafarge). James was also Financial Director and Company Secretary of Kvaerner Clecim, the French subsidiary of Kvaerner, the Anglo-Norwegian engineering and construction group. He has wide ranging experience and knowledge of every aspect of financial communication.

Prior to his investor relations roles, James worked in internal audit, operational financial management, corporate development and group control. Recently he led major change management and reorganization initiatives at Peugeot Citroën UK. In addition to on-going Investor Relations responsibilities, in his roles he has worked on major M&A, acquisitions and divestments, balance sheet financing (equity raising (Euronext & NYSE), investment grade and high yield bond issuance), establishing company reputations and credibility with the financial markets, building worldwide institutional shareholder bases, capital market days and site visits, turnaround communication, establishing robust and efficient processes for the preparation of all financial publications, market expectation positioning, relations with debt rating agencies, relations with retail shareholders.

James is a member of the French Investor Relations association CLIFF and of the Franco British Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies from the City of London Polytechnic.

Jean-Christophe Huertas has over 20 years of experience in communications and media relations in major multinational industrial corporations, with a strong ability to manage and conduct financial & corporate communications strategies within global and complex environments.

After more than 10 years in media relations during which he held various positions such as Head of the press office of Aerospatiale Defense, Corporate Press Manager at Alcatel and Group media relations Director at Rhodia, he was given global corporate & public affairs communications responsibilities and was successively Rhodia Senior VP Communications in a financial & image crisis context, Executive VP Communications & Public Affairs of Nestlé France with a strong focus on branding and corporate image coordination in France, and Managing Director, Head of Brand & Communications of Newedge (50/50 JV between Société Générale and Crédit Agricole), a leading Company in the world of multi-asset brokerage. Jean-Christophe was the Senior Director, specialized in corporate communications and media in the FTI Consulting Strategic Communications practice.

Jean-Christophe obtained a degree in law and is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques. He as a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in Defense & International Relations of the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
